This All Over Print 3D design is made with high-quality, 65% Polyester, 35% Ringspun combed cotton that delivers the look and feel of organic cotton without ever cracking, peeling or flaking. We print your shirt using dye-sublimation, a technology that allows for us to produce these insanely vibrant all over designs. Due to this process, the product may contain smudges or irregularities along the seams or under the armpit of the sleeves. Each shirt is a unique, 1 of-a-kind product, printed exclusively for you!
**About All Over 3D Printing**
Dye Sublimation is a printing technique that allows for full color, all-over apparel prints. Your artwork is printed onto a sheet of high-release paper and transferred onto your apparel using heat and pressure. Heat converts the solid dye particles into a gas — known as sublimation — and bonds them to the polyester fibers. Unlike screen printing, the dye is absorbed by the fabric for an fantastic soft-to-the-hand feel.

Due to the nature of the process, it is very difficult to avoid imperfections entirely. Each shirt may be slightly different, but we take measures to ensure this minimised. Certain things may occur, such as creases in the print under-arm (see image) and slight blurring over seams.
- Fallout (white patches) can occur in the print due to the process of printing on ready made garments. This is mainly around the armpits, seams and anywhere where the garment naturally folds.
- Original base garments are usually white. So the inside of the shirt will be white.
Single-sided, all-over prints waill show the bare garment color on the non-printed side.
Expect to have smudges and blurs over seams, as well as areas of creasing near the edges.
Designs that are planned around these limitations help to enhance the look of the shirt.
